How I Work
I bring 20+ years of experience across luxury, mid‑tier, and fast‑moving private label environments, which taught me how to balance creativity with commercial realities, timelines, and cost. Every project begins with research: I study the brand identity, the customer, what they respond to, and where the white‑space opportunities are. I layer in current and upcoming trend direction, then move into sketching to shape the initial concepts. From there, I experiment with material and color combinations. I use my design eye to refine everything to curate the strongest marketable and brand-right silhouettes. Everything we build together is intentional, collaborative, and grounded in real industry process.
Hands-On Production Experience
I’ve spent years working directly with factories in China, India, and Italy — partnering with development teams, sourcing materials, building constructions, and troubleshooting samples on the ground. That hands‑on experience taught me how real production works: how uppers are stitched, how lasts are shaped, how ornaments are engineered, and how timelines shift once a style hits the line. I’ve walked sample rooms, sat with pattern makers, reviewed fit issues in person, and collaborated with teams to bring silhouettes from concept to production. This background allows me to guide brands with practical, factory‑level insight so their ideas translate smoothly into manufacturable product.
